1) LinkedIn - follow this short guide to make sure you apply the correct filters to get visibility of the 4500+ remote jobs listed as available in Ireland at time of publishing or even the 100K+ available in Europe of which more may be available in IE!
Top Tip - allow for some errors in terms of remote listings as many jobs are picked up from across the web via tags. Make sure you always scratch below the surface and dive into the job descriptions.

The Impact of Remote
We know that remote work unlocks positive social economic and environmental change in local communities. Let’s look specifically at economic change this month.
Leading remote employer Otonomee recently shared their thoughts on how remote operating models can give access to rural talent and why that’s a good thing for business.

From an impact point of view, not only is it good for business but it also has a profound impact on the economic benefits that people employed in rural locations by opening up decent employment and salaries that may not otherwise be available in local communities.

The State of Remote IE
At the start of July 2025 the number of remote job in Ireland as per listings on LinkedIn looked like this 👇
18% of jobs listed are remote, 23% are hybrid which = a total of 42% of jobs are flexible - and that has been consistent over the last quarter.
Demand is higher than ever but remote jobs are now a well established part of the job market.

And yes we are tracking it!
