Remote Jobs Boards
A great place to find all types of jobs is LinkedIn - follow this short guide to make sure you apply the correct filters to get visibility of the 5000+ remote jobs that are listed as available in Ireland at time of publishing or even the 100K+ available in Europe of which more may be available in IE even if they don’t show up using the “Ireland” location filter!
Top Tip - allow for some small % of errors in terms of remote listings as many jobs are picked up from across the web via tags. Make sure you always scratch below the surface and dive into the job descriptions!

The Impact of Remote
We are excited to share that Sway has launched a national campaign to support one of Grow Remote’s Pre-Budget Submission 2026 goals of “Positioning Ireland as a Leader in Remote Work” 🙏
Sway is gathering data to prove that demand for remote work exists in every county and building the case for a national remote employment target.
It is also gathering powerful stories of impact that make the data come alive and each month we will share x3 of them here each month:

The State of Remote IE
Each month we track the amount of remote jobs that are listed on LinkedIn for Ireland and across the European Economic Area. At the end of January 2026 the numbers look like this 👇
Ireland = 6K+ which is circa 20% of all jobs listed in IE!
European Economic Area = 103K+
Not all of these jobs are available in IE but our 2025 Pre Budget Submission proposes that we build a strategy to bring as many of them as we can to Ireland for you!
