The State of Remote IE 2025

Each month in 2025 we tracked the amount of remote jobs that are listed on LinkedIn for Ireland. At the end of December 2025 the numbers look like this 👇

19% of jobs listed are remote and 23% are hybrid which = a total of over 40% of all jobs listed are flexible and that has been consistent over the last year.

There has never been a better time to transition to remote!

P.S - In 2026 we will be adding in a new layer of tracking remote jobs open in the European Economic Area. Today the # is 86K+

Not all of these jobs are available in IE but our 2025 Pre Budget Submission proposes that we build a strategy to bring as many of them as we can to Ireland for you!
